Tudor Tearooms is committed to welcoming all customers and making our tearoom as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible.

Due to the age and layout of the building, access to Tudor Tearooms involves stairs. Unfortunately, we do not currently have step-free access or a customer lift. We appreciate that this may make it difficult or impossible for some customers with limited mobility or wheelchair users to enter the premises.

Our team will always do their best to provide reasonable assistance and adjustments wherever it is safe and practical to do so. Customers are encouraged to contact us before visiting so that we can discuss their individual access requirements and explain the available facilities.

We welcome assistance dogs and are happy to help customers with visual, hearing, sensory or other access requirements. Menus can be explained verbally, and our team can provide information about ingredients and allergens upon request.

We continually review how we can improve accessibility. Feedback is always welcome and will help us provide the best possible experience for every customer.
